Worth the wait – We built a custom 40sqm double storey home with Keycon, like the rest of the industry it was delayed however Keycon keep me up-to-date with potential delays due to material or labour shortages. The trades they employed were first class, I even had a private inspector at every stage for the peace of mind who found minor issues which keycon promptly addressed

Excellent Service – We started of our investment journey with Nanche Group. It’s a big decision to make. We are extremely happy with the service provided till date. The process was seamless and information provided was clear. We also got support at the time of color selection. Sachin Nanche has been extremely helpful during the process and helping us to bring our IP together seamlessly . We appreciate his efforts to make things happens. Great service and Excellent support – Nanche Group and Keycon Group helped and guided me to build my first house. The support and services thought out was outstanding. Especially one of the consultant name Binju Inamdar he provided very good service and guided me every step of the process made the whole journey very smooth. Made the house at very affordable cost. Overall very great experience. I’d suggest if you have a quote take it to them and they will give you very good advise. And if you don’t have just go to them and you don’t need to go anywhere after.

We built during COVID and to say the challenges were there would be an understatement. However, we ended up with a beautiful house, solid, and sold above figures for our area. COVID increased prices and Nanche/Keycon have done all they said within the contract price. I would not use volume builders to save my life. My daughters house has cracks, structural defects using a volume builder! Whilst the build was slower due to COVID and lack of trades, I would advise to purchasers let them do their job, you will be happy in the end. (I am not a friend, staff member, and was actually at one stage an unhappy customer as well). Once I stood back and took a breath, I realized how I could work with them rather than against them. Not an easy time for anyone, especially a business.

Stable and Strong Builder – My experience has been wonderful. especially considering the covid rate hike and labor shortage situation when every builder was struggling to complete the project. or demanding extra money for completion. Nanche group had delivered service to its best. they kept in loop with all the information related to the construction turmoil occurred during covid and post covid. in spite of a little delay which was considerate looking at the labor shortage, they made sure the project was completed. It is weird people complaint about builders delaying work however it was never intended. no builder wants to delay work they prefer completing work asap and move to other project. 2021 and 2022 was a tough time for all unlike other petty builder Nanche group stood strong and delivered the projects.

Highly recommended – Signed lot 1302 with them last year, got delivery yesterday. Great specials, great house. Highly recommend. Communication was the real key as they kept me updated at each and every stage. Even sent photos of progress. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
