Worth the wait – We built a custom 40sqm double storey home with Keycon, like the rest of the industry it was delayed however Keycon keep me up-to-date with potential delays due to material or labour shortages. The trades they employed were first class, I even had a private inspector at every stage for the peace of mind who found minor issues which keycon promptly addressed

This is perfect – I decided not to shell out huge sums on a monthly basis in giving rent to proprietors. We built during COVID and to say the challenges were there would be an understatement. However, we ended up with a beautiful house, solid, and sold above figures for our area. COVID increased prices and Nanche/Keycon have done all they said within the contract price. I would not use volume builders to save my life. My daughters house has cracks, structural defects using a volume builder! Whilst the build was slower due to COVID and lack of trades, I would advise to purchasers let them do their job, you will be happy in the end. (I am not a friend, staff member, and was actually at one stage an unhappy customer as well). Once I stood back and took a breath, I realized how I could work with them rather than against them. Not an easy time for anyone, especially a business.
Stable and Strong Builder – My experience has been wonderful. especially considering the covid rate hike and labor shortage situation when every builder was struggling to complete the project. or demanding extra money for completion. Nanche group had delivered service to its best. they kept in loop with all the information related to the construction turmoil occurred during covid and post covid. in spite of a little delay which was considerate looking at the labor shortage, they made sure the project was completed. It is weird people complaint about builders delaying work however it was never intended. no builder wants to delay work they prefer completing work asap and move to other project. 2021 and 2022 was a tough time for all unlike other petty builder Nanche group stood strong and delivered the projects.
Highly recommended – Signed lot 1302 with them last year, got delivery yesterday. Great specials, great house. Highly recommend. Communication was the real key as they kept me updated at each and every stage. Even sent photos of progress. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
